  • How we operate

    We operate on what is called a "pre order" basis.

    This means we open items weekly and closes the weekly.

    So anything we option monday thru friday will close that sunday at 10 pm est

    Once the order is closed, we will then process everything.

    Our standard ETA (estimated time of arrival) is 4 weeks TO US. Then we have to personalize the item. We are typically way ahead of this time line.

    If you need an update on an email or have an event for the item you ordered please email us so we can make sure it gets to you asap.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    You have 48 hours to email us with any issues concerning your order. We will only issue store credit for manufacture defects we are not responsible for shipping carriers losing or destroying packages (including but not limited to packages opening in transit) Y

    ou will have to file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

    YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER DRY ANYTHING PERSONALIZED. SUCH AS THE FOLLOWING BUT NOT LIMITED TO- EMBROIDERY, PATCHES, SUBLIMATION, ETC.
