Let’s get to know how we operate

We operate on what is called a "pre order" basis.

This means we open items weekly and closes the weekly.

So anything we open monday thru friday will close that Monday at 10 pm est. we take all items off the website and begin processing all submitted orders. We will not accept any late orders what so ever.

Once the order is closed, we will then process everything. This means we get counts, go thru orders and make sure they are right. There are very few shops that offer what we do because they don’t want to chase people. We will not offer any type of refund on personalized items of any sort.

If you combine NON LIKE items, we will refund your order. I know this can be a pain! Remember we are a small shop, we do not have room to hold your items. For example if you order an over seas item with a local in house made item. Chances are the in house is in way before the over seas. Anything can happen. Delays etc so we do not want that for you guys or your customers. Therefore we require all none like items be ordered separately.

Our standard ETA (estimated time of arrival) is 4 weeks TO US. Then we have to personalize the item. We are typically way ahead of this time line.

If you need an update on an email or have an event for the item you ordered please email us so we can make sure it gets to you asap.

We only accept orders thru our website

ROUTE- we offer this FOR YOU! If you take it off, you will be responsible for the package if it gets messed up in shipping. Once jt leaves our hands, we cannot control what the shipping carrier does this is why we have route!!

All personaliztion that you fill out on the website, will be done as shown. We will copy and paste whatever you put in there. We will not edit any order thats been submitted.

If you make a mistake, you must email in and your order will be canceled and you will have to replace the order on the website.
If you ask for the website, password etc. we will sent you to this post. I know you are in a lot of groups and everyone has their own rules etc, I know it gets confusing but this is to help EVERYONE!!
