We’re a wholesale boutique specializing in personalized items since 2014!
HOW WE OPERATE
We run on a preorder basis:
• Orders close every Monday at 10PM EST (no exceptions)
• Once items close, they are removed and we begin processing
• No late orders
Because items are custom/personalized, all sales are FINAL!

ORDERING RULES
• All orders must be placed through the website (no Messenger orders)
• We do not guarantee DM responses
please email for all business inquiries
• Do NOT combine unlike items (ex: overseas + in-house)
order separately
TURNAROUND TIMES (ESTIMATED)
• Overseas: 4–6 weeks
• Embroidery: up to 4 weeks
• DTF / Sublimation / Laser / Puff: 14 business days

⸻ IPERSONALIZATION RULES (READ CAREFULLY)⸻
• We copy/paste EXACTLY what you type
• We do NOT fix spelling, initials, or formatting
• You must double-check your order before submitting
If you make a mistake:You must email BEFORE production to cancel & reorder, if the order has already been sent to productiuon, no refund or cancelation will be allowed.
Orders that say “as shown” will be refunded (All required fields MUST be filled out)
⸻ SHIPPING + ROUTE⸻
We strongly recommend adding ROUTE shipping protection
If removed: You accept full responsibility once the package leaves us
If you are claiming an item is not in your package, you must submit pouctures of the original packagingso we can file a claim. The carriers require this in order to file a claim on your behalf. If you do not have the original packaging, we will not file a claim or refund.
⸻ CLAIMS, REMAKES & REFUNDS⸻ I
• You have 3 BUSINESS DAYS after delivery to report any issues
• After 3 days: NO REMAKES OR REFUNDS
Please understand
we are human and mistakes can happen.That is why it is very important to go through your entire order thoroughly as soon as you receive it.
• We will NOT remake multiple items later because something was missed
• All issues must be reported in ONE email with all concerns
We will honor ONE email/remake shipment per order
If you send additional requests later:You are responsible for additional shipping
We do NOT accept “I didn’t notice” after the 3-day window
