• Embroidery: up to 4 weeks

You must email BEFORE production to cancel & reorder

Orders that say “as shown” will be refunded

CLAIMS, REMAKES & REFUNDS

• You have 3 BUSINESS DAYS after delivery to report any issues

• After 3 days: NO REMAKES OR REFUNDS

Please understand — we are human and mistakes can happen.

That is why it is very important to go through your entire order thoroughly as soon as you receive it.

• We will NOT remake multiple items later because something was missed

• All issues must be reported in ONE email with all concerns

We will honor ONE email/remake shipment per order

If you send additional requests later:

You are responsible for additional shipping

We do NOT accept “I didn’t notice” after the 3-day window

if you are claiming an item is missing out of a shipment you must submit pictures of the packaging so a claim can be filed. this is a requirement by all shipping carriers!
